A.    Understanding Simple Past Tense
simple past tense is it is tense which expresses a activity that had been happening where these activities has been completed and not continue to present are perfect happened ) .The time become a reference in simple past tense could have these activities just happened or been a long time going on .The use of the verb form tense in simple past tense is represented with a verb of being coupled with the -ed to the verb regular verb ( the verb irregular ) and for irregular verb ( the verb sideways ) should be recited because its looking be the same with a verb of the original form as well as different.
Features Simple Past Tense
·         use verb the second form
·         in the phrase nominal use to be the past tense: ( was to she , he , it , and the name of the person ) ( were to they , we , and you )
·          in the phrase verbal used the word auxiliary verb the past tense did and had
·         activities claimed to have done perfect

Function Simple Past Tense
1.      is everything that happens in the past safer if pronounce it simple past tense although can also use tenses other .That is function inherent about simple past tense .But , in detail follows function simple past tense:
·         I saw a movie yesterday.
(aku melihat film itu kemarin)
·         He did not wash his car, last night.
(Dia tidak mencuci mobilnya, tadi malam)
·         I worked over the day yesterday
(aku bekerja sepanjang hari kemarin)
·         I finished my homework just now
(Aku baru saja menyelesaikan PR ku)

·         I finished work, walked to the beach, and found a nice place to swim
(Aku selesaikan pekerjaan, berjalan di pantai, dan menemukan tempat yang baik untuk berenang)
·         He arrived from the airport at 08.00 Am, checked into the hotel at 09.00 Am, and met others at 10.00 Am
(Dia tiba di bandara pukul 8 pagi, masuk ke hotel jam 9 pagi, dan bertemu orang-orang pukul 10 pagi)
·         Did you add flour, pour in the milk, and then eggs?

3.      Said the tenor of the activity which has been going on past .Timing described usually old. Can next two years or so .Following the past tense simple this form:
·         I lived in Brazil for two years
(Saya Tinggal di Brazil selama 2 tahun)
·         Shauna studied Japanese for five years.
(Shauna belajar Jepang selama 5 tahun)

4.      Menyatakan kebiasaan yang terjadi dan sudah berhenti di waktu lampau. Bentuk ini sama dengan “Used to”. Biasanya kita menambahkan keterangan waktu seperti always,often, usually, sometimes dan sebagainya.
Berikut contoh simple past tense bentuk ini :
·         I always studied Japanese language when I was child.
(Saya selalu belajar bahasa Jepang ketika saya masih kecil)
·         She always worked at movie theater, when she was in junior high school.
(Dia selalu bekerja di Bioskop, ketika dia masih berada di SMP)

(Ruly selalu mengunjungi orang tuanya tahun lalu)
·         She seldom studied three years ago.
(Dia jarang belajar tiga tahun lalu)

The Formula Simple Past Tense and The Past Tense Simple
a.      Sentence Verbal
sentence verbal to sentence verbal ( a sentence in which there are a verb action / a real action as write , read run , etc ) used the word auxiliary verb the past tense had and did .
b.      sentence positive ( + )
as has been discussed earlier , simple past tense is use the word work the second form where the verb it was split into two , namely regular verb and irregular verb .To be more he explained the following table we sajikan several changes in the verb first into the form of a verb both:

c.       sentence negative ( - )
same as formula simple past tense in the words positive , only to sentence negative formula simple past tense is given additional “not” after the verb help had and did. Because until said “not” we have used help did shaped tense , then the work in formula simple past tense use a verb the first form .

d.      an interrogative sentence ( ? )
In an interrogative sentence there are two the form of formula , namely pattern sentence formed by said did in the beginning of a sentence and followed by subject and verb the first form .Other pattern that is by using wh-question , where the pattern equal to mebggunakan an auxiliary did , just stay in addition to wh-question in the beginning of a sentence .
The formula simple past tense is to sentence an interrogative:
did + s + verb + o/c + (A) + ?
WHQ + did + s + verb + o/c + (A) + ?
Example simple past tense is to sentence an interrogative :
Did you study well last night?
(Apakah kamu belajar dengan baik tadi malam?)
a.      Where did you go yesterday?
(kemana kamu pergi kemarin?)



e.       Nominal Sentence
sentence to sentence nominal ( a sentence in which there is no verb of action ) use verb be a tense , namely was / were .
Positive sentence (+)
The formula Simple Past Tense is to sentence positive :

Example simple past tense is to sentence positive :
b.      Her grand mother was in the home when her house burnt.
(Neneknya di rumah ketika rumahnya terbakar)

Negative sentence (-)
The formula Simple Past Tense is to sentence negative :

example simple past tense is to sentence negative :
c.       Her grand mother was not in the home when her house burnt.

Interrogative sentence (?)
The formula Simple Past Tense is to sentence interrogative :
was/were + s + complement + ?
WH-Q + was/were + s + complement + ?
Contoh simple past tense untuk kalimat interrogative :

(Apakah neneknya di rumah ketika rumahnya terbakar?)
e.       Why were you so stubborn?
(Kenapa kamu begitu keras kepala?)

Ketentuan Simple Past Tense
·         the type of scene can short or long
·         could also become some occurence happening one after by one .
In general , there are two important fact that need to remember in simple past tense this:
a.       there are hundreds of kind of a verb sideways ( irregular verbs ) with different shapes
b.      a form of sentence negative and the question ( an interrogative ) different from a form of sentence positive example:
·         You called Daniel
·         Did you call Daniel?
·         You did not call Daniel.
In example there are three sentence negative with a form of positive, negative, and an interrogative.In the words negative and an interrogative a verb “call” not written in the form of verb II because there is did as markers tense so that a verb “call”  written in the form of verb I.


B.     Understanding Simple Future Tense
Simple future tense is tense is used to express anything will be made in the future (plan).Said simple because they did not want to point out that the plan has been completed (perfect ) or is being conducted ( continuous ).And it was said future since they occur in the future.Tenses is very easy to understand and is one of tense is very often once used good in writing and conversation.So i am sure you will have no trouble to understand kind of tense this one.And get you may understand well because formula simple future tense are also to be used in matter conditional sentence.
The Formula Simple Future Tense
The formula tense this is very simple as was the simple of his name , then it takes is only the characteristics of future course , namely: will + verb-1 or precisely an infinitive .Why exactly an infinitive ? because in the form of nominal ( non verbal ) sentence , to be his in the shape of a verb-1 ( is / am / are ) but an infinitive ( the verb basic ) namely , be .So that a basic formula sentence nominal this equation is s + + will be nominal + .

Function Simple Future Tense
1.      To show a job will happen to the future.Example:
·         you will always be in my heart forever and ever.
(kamu akan selalu ada di dalam hatiku selama-lamanya)
·         indonesia will be a great country in the next 100 centuries.
( indonesia akan menjadi negara besar 100 abad lagi)
2.      To make a sentence conditional sentence type i .Example:
·         i will study abroad if i get a scholarship
(aku akan belajar di luar negri kalau aku dapat beasiswa) .
·         the time will be over if you don’t finish the test now
(waktu akan habis jika kamu tidak menyelesaikan ujian itu sekarang)

Description
Ø  time used in future tense is simple it is all the time that shows the time in the future , as: tomorrow , next + time ( year , week ) , the day after tomorrow ) ( the day after tomorrow , soon ) ( as soon as possible) .
Ø  the form of negative ( will + not ) ordinary also shortened by: won’t. but this is just shorthand often used in an informal conversation course .
Ø  because will is capital auxiliary , and when meet with “can” ( can / of the poor ) , then the can must be turned into a  “be able to”.
Ø  example: she will be able to drive a car if she’s already 18 years old .( he will drive a car if their ages are 18 years ) .
Ø  will can be replaced by shall , but only for the first person , namely i and we .

1.      The police will close the store if the owner doesn’t pay the tax.
(Polisi akan menutup toko tersebut jika pemiliknya tidak membayar pajak).
2.      My father will buy a motorcycle for me if I pass the examination.
(Ayahku akan membeli motor jika aku lulus ujian).
3.      Today will be very hot, you should go by car instead of motorcycle.
(Hari ini akan sangat panas, kamu sebaiknya pergi dengan mobil dari pada dengan motor).
4.      A mother will do everything to make her baby stop crying.
(Seorang ibu akan melakukan segala sesuatu untuk membuat bayinya berhenti menangis).
5.      Will you come to my birthday party along with your little sister?.
(Akankah kamu datang ke pesta ultahku dengan adik perempuanmu?).

(Aku akan memberitahumu yang sebenarnya, tapi tidak saat ini).

Government absorbs Rp 6.01t from sukuk sales
In a move to seek financing earlier this year, the government has collected Rp 6.01 trillion (US$450 million) in funds from five project-based sukuk (Islamic bond) series.

The government gained the funds on Tuesday from total incoming bids of Rp 10.3 trillion after it offered five sukuk series with maturity ranging from three months to 14 years.

The Rp 6.01 trillion funds the government collected exceeded the Rp 6 trillion indicative target. Some of this will be used to achieve the financing target in the 2017 state budget.

“The amount gained in the SPNS08082017 [three-month treasury sukuk] reached Rp 2.5 trillion with a weighted average yield of 5.5 percent plus discounts,” the Finance Ministry’s directorate general of financing and risk management wrote in a statement on Tuesday.

The incoming bids for the three-month treasury sukuk totaled Rp 4.53 trillion, the highest of the series. The treasury sukuk will mature on Aug. 8 with yields ranging between 5.3 percent and 6.5 percent.

Meanwhile, the lowest incoming bid, at Rp 500 billion, was seen for the four year-tenor PBS014 project-based sukuk that matures on May 15, 2021. Investors asked for yields ranging from 7.4 percent to 7.59 percent for the PBS014 series.

The government did not receive incoming bids for the 14-year PBS012 project-based sukuk maturing on Nov. 15, 2031. Investors asked for lowest and highest yields of 8.31 percent and 8.4 percent respectively for the PBS012 series. (bbn)
